How to order
Step 1.
Fill in our contact us form
Give us your contact, and products you would like to order.
Please include if you will collect your tent or need delivery.
Include any concerns/special requirements.
Step 2.
Accept the quote and pay 50% deposit
Once we receive you order query and contact information we will email you a quote.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your order and start production.
Step 3.
Order will go into production
Once you have accepted the quote and paid the deposit order will be out through to production.
Production lead time is four weeks, however if we have extra stock this timeframe may shorten. We will do our best to give you an estimate date for completion, please note this is just an estimation.
Step 4.
Shipping or collection
We will contact you once your order is complete. You can arrange from delivery of collection.
Collection
You can collect your RoofPod from The RoofPod Warehouse in Retreat. Please arrange this ahead of time and let us know your set up / fitment needs to ensure you know how to fit your RoofPod and do a walk through of the tent with you.
If you have the correct set up for a simple installation we will help you get your tent/accessories on.
If your set up needs a special fitment we will gladly help and ensure you have the correct extras if necessary (this will be arranged and discussed prior as some fitments need extra spacers or special brackets/mounts).
*Please note if your tent requires modifications extra costs may apply.
Please check our list of RoofRacks or message us with a photo directly to determine your installation needs, if your rack does not show on this list please contact us so we can assist before you come in for fitment.
Delivery
If you require Delivery we can arrange a courier at an estimated cost of R3000 to all major cities/towns in South Africa. This amount may vary if delivering to rural locations.
We can arrange courier for other items on request. These can be shipped with your tent they will be inside your tent box.
We will package and secure your tent and arrange a collection date from our warehouse. Once the tent is collected it takes 2-3 days to arrive at the destination. (This time may vary).
We try our best to ensure swift delivery and communication, however once our tents leave our workshop we cannot be held responsible. We secure our tents in a reinforced box to ensure no damaged en route.
Please ensure special requirements are specified before delivery is arranged.
